Welcome to the Palomar College section of Computer at ECHS. This class will take place at ECHS but is actually on Online Palomar College course. The reason for doing this it for the students to receive college and high school credit in a very short amount of time. The Palomar course spans 9 weeks and cover all of the Microsoft Office 2007 suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint. It is a very fast paced class for advanced student that just need to finish core computers and get to all the wonderful electives that we offer here at ECHS.

Students will still be attending class at ECHS so I can oversee their work, make sure they are understanding the material and well as making sure that deadlines are being met.

If you think that your child and yourself might be interested please contact your Teacher of Record to sign up. There will be a Health Fee at Palomar of $23 that will need to be paid. Other than that there is no cost of books or per unit fee for your children. This is one of the huge benifits of coming to ECHS to complete the Palomar course.
