The Individualized Learning Program (ILP) provides general and college preparatory programs on a flexible, college-style schedule in a format designed to meet a variety of student needs. ILP is a year-round program. The ILP population is comprised of a wide spectrum of students who choose this setting rather than a traditional comprehensive high school program.

 


Credit Completion Policy

To receive the full credits from this module you must complete all the assigned work in the assigned time. If you do not you will not receive credit, all work will be deleted and you will have to repeat the course.
If you are dropped from the course for any reason, your work will be deleted and you will have to start at the beginning of the class.


Classroom Conduct

  • Be Prepared to Work
  • Be Productive and do your best
  • If you wish to leave the computer lab for any reason you are required to tell one of the teachers
  • If you bring in a USB drive you must first get it scanned by the teacher to make sure that it is free from viruses
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom
  • If you are to break anything you are responsible to pay for a replacement item

Dress Code

  • You must follow the ECHS TCP dress code
  • No facial pericings, no revealing clothing, no unnatural hair colors, clothing and jewelry must be appropriate to the educational environment
  • Any staff member may ask you to leave if you do not follow the dress code
  • If you come to class in violation of the dress code, in anyway, you will be sent home will receive an unexcused absence.

Technology

  • The use of the internet will be in support of educational and research that is consistent with the educational objectives of Escondido Charter High School
  • Users must follow the guidelines from the acceptable use policy
  • Cell Phones, PDAs, MP3 Player, None of these are allowed to be used which in class or anywhere inside the enterance of the school
  • If you are using your cell phone, PDA, MP3 player inside the arches they will be confiscated and a parent will have to "save" them from the office
 
 

 

 

Computer Lab
Specific Policies

Attendance Policy
All students must attend labs in the Computer Center at their scheduled time on time. If a students doesn't attend the first day of class they will be dropped. The next name on the waitlist will be added in their place.
All absences and tardies must be excused by a parent or guardian on the day that it occurs. This needs to be done by calling the Computer Lab directly at (760) 737-3154 x 225 or by email: amellor@echs.org. Any absences not excused the same day will be counted as an unexcused absence. Three tardies that are not excused will be considered as one unexcused absence.
Two unexcused absences in an module period will result in a warning letter. Upon the third unexcused absence the student will be dropped from the class. Upon being drop the student may not re-enroll until the next semester and will re-do ALL work.
